Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Powerstride Battery. You may return any item within 20 days of receipt of your order to exchange it or receive a refund.

Inspect your purchase prior to signing for it "Received"...do not sign for or accept damaged merchandise! If your item was delivered damaged, we will gladly ship a replacement item at no cost to you, provided you have contacted us by phone within 24 hours of delivery/attempted delivery of your order. You may call our Customer Service Department TOLL FREE at (877) 576-9379. YOU MUST LEAVE A VOICEMAIL IF IT IS A WEEKEND OR AFTER HOURS.

If you signed for your order before realizing damage, we insist that you keep all original packaging and labels until informed by our shipping agent or Powerstride Battery to dispose of or until it is picked up.

All warranties exclude damage due to neglect, improper charging, or improper use. You must contact the manufacturer for all warranty service. See our warranties page for details about specific brands.

If you ordered the wrong item, change your mind about a purchase, or decide you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the item you want to return, minus a restocking fee: $15.00 for items $30 or less; 25% of the total sale price on all others. The item you return must be in new, re-sellable condition, in its original box or carton with a copy of the packing slip, copy of the purchase confirmation and a copy of the Return Authorization Email. You will be responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise informed at the time of return. We will always pay for return shipping if we have sent you the wrong item (our mistake), have shipped it to the wrong address, your order was received damaged or was DOA. However, the item you return MUST BE in new, re-sellable condition, in its original box. Returns without authorization, or for any reason (other than defect or warranty) after 10 days of receiving your order are not authorized.

You may cancel most orders prior to shipment without penalty. However, if you are canceling an order on a product that was "Manufactured to order" or "Special Order", there will be a 25% cancellation fee.

HAZMAT Returns

Return shipping for Hazardous Shipments is not authorized unless you or your company is DOT 49 CFR 172.04 Certified to ship hazardous materials, and only then by normal return procedures. Hazardous Materials returns under any circumstance other than damage are at the customer's expense. When purchasing a Flooded Lead Acid (HazMat) Battery, you are agreeing to the Hazardous Battery Terms & Conditions 

When purchasing an individual Flooded Lead Acid Battery from Powerstride (automotive size), it is important for you to know that we are a DOT 49 CFR 172.04 certified HAZMAT shipper, and while we have taken every precaution to ensure your Flooded Lead Acid battery arrives safely and without damage, small amounts of leaking electrolyte does sometimes occur that is contained by our protective methods. This leakage is normal - is not considered damage as it relates to shipping - and within acceptable operational limitations.
