Powerstride Battery ships your domestic* purchase by FED Ex Ground, UPS Ground or Common Freight Carrier for FREE! Period.
No handling fees or processing charges will ever be added to your order.

This applies to every pallet quantity, truckload quantity, 8D, 4D, 6 Volt Golf Cart, Solar Flooded batteries...EVERYTHING in our store includes FREE GROUND SHIPPING!**
However, if you want your purchase sooner, you can select a different method of delivery. These other shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout.
They are based on your preferred delivery method (2nd day or next day) the weight of the item being shipped, and your location. Please be aware that FED Ex and UPS Expedited services are not available in all areas. WE GLADLY SHIP TO FPO AP and AE address for most items via US Postal Service for an additional charge. Please allow extra time in processing your AP and AE order and email us at help@powerstridebattery.com to find out if your item qualifies for FREE SHIPPING to your FPO AP or AE address.
In order to ensure you the FRESHEST Batteries possible and (in some cases) to keep our overhead to a minimum, we may not regularly stock your particular battery in house, but instead, will either pick up from the manufacturer within 72 hours or drop-ship your purchase.
Occassionaly, we are out of stock on some items or they are unavailable from the manufacturer. This unfortunately cannot be avoided. When this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you by email AND telephone within 24 hours (by Monday a.m. if order placed after Noon on Fridays) to determine if you wish to keep your order valid until such time the item can be shipped, or cancel your order for a full refund. If your order is a non-battery item, it will be replaced by a superior item of greater value and shipped for your inspection. You are not required to keep this item. It is merely our attempt to prevent delays and provide you with excellent service.
There is a minimum order of $2000 for all International Orders, AND ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY CONTACTING INTERNET SALES at sales@powerstridebattery.com and be paid through wire transfer. Any order less than $2000 will result in delays. Please contact the Customer Service Department for assistance in processing your International Order, calculating shipping costs, and payment arrangements as all international transactions require additional time and detail in processing. In addition, if shipping charges are not calculated at the time of checkout, ALL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED SEPERATELY.
International Orders cannot be refunded due to lost shipments or damage due to shipping. All such claims must be processed through the Shipping Carrier. All customs broker fees, duty, taxes, and import documentation is your responsibility. Powerstride Battery assumes no liability for transportation, shipping, duty, taxes or importation of products to other countries. The Harmonized Tarrif Schedule Number for Lead Acis Batteries from the US is 850710.

All International shipments and some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may include additional shipping fees. **Certain large or Flooded Batteries (Not Sealed Batteries) may have minimum order quanities for PRICE ONLY -- not to qualify for FREE Shipping, and these batteries must ship by common carrier and may be classified Hazardous by DOT. Please ensure proper loading and unloading assistance is available as these orders will arrive palletized at your door and require special assistance in unloading.
