YOU OR SOMEONE YOU DESIGNATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR HAZARDOUS SHIPMENTS. THEY CANNOT DELIVERED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE!
Any replacement battery information published on this site has been obtained from the BCI, O.E. manufacturers and other industry sources.
You are responsible for ensuring that the battery we recommend will:
1) Fit your vehicle or application.
2) Is the same or relative battery to the one you are replacing. (Same capacity, terminal configurations, etc.)
Check dimensions carefully before ordering.
Do not order a battery hoping that it will fit your application.
Powerstride Battery disclaims any liability, expressed or implied, for the accuracy of replacement battery information or for damages as a consequence of not using or misusing this information.
Since some manufacturers do not provide complete replacement battery data, an estimate for replacement battery size is given for end user guidance. For specific replacement battery size information, see the equipment manufacturer information or consult the original manufacturer, or original model of your current product.
When purchasing a Flooded Lead Acid Battery from Powerstride, it is important for you to know that we are a DOT 49 CFR 172.04 certified HAZMAT shipper, and while we have taken every precaution to ensure your Flooded Lead Acid battery arrives safely and without damage, small amounts of leaking electrolyte does sometimes occur (box shipments only - DOES NOT apply to PALLETIZED SHIPMENTS) that is contained by our protective methods. This leakage is normal and within acceptable operational limitations.
However, special care should be taken when removing your battery from the shipping container to avoid injury or damage to clothing or surroundings.
Replacement batteries or credits will not be issued for this leakage which can happen in transit.
If you believe your product is damaged, please inspect it thoroughly before putting into service and contact us immediately in the case of damage per normal replacement guidelines. We will gladly ship a replacement item at no cost to you if your item has suffered damage, provided you have contacted us by phone within 24 hours of delivery/attempted delivery of your order.
Returns for Hazardous Shipments will not authorized unless you or your company is DOT 49 CFR 172.04 Certified to ship hazardous materials, and only then by normal return procedures. Hazardous Materials returns under any circumstance are at the customer's expense.
